Yes...just who the heck am I? Well, to start off, my name is...a secret. ^^ My real name, anyway. "Ayame-chan" was a nickname that I was given by a friend and it has stuck since then. I've been an avid anime fan since I was 6, starting off with Robotech and watching it every summer on a yearly basis. I didn't actually get started with drawing until my 6th grade year where I began to draw the typical fanartisms of Sailor Moon and Dragonball. I decided after drawing a sketch of Trunks from Dragonball Z that I liked drawing. And to this day, I still love doing it.

Writing wise, I didn't actually get started writing until my freshman year of high school. I had ideas during that long while, but never actually got into writing on paper until I had co-written my first piece of writing with a friend for English class. The requirement was only about 2 pages, but my friend and I had written a detective mystery (filled with deaths and the foreign tongue) that was over 10 pages long. After that, well, the rest was history ^^.

My first piece of fanfiction was probably my worst piece ever: "The Return of Chaos". A mixture of Rurouni Kenshin, time travel, Final Fantasy VII, and Ninja scroll, I learned the hard way how the world of fanfiction worked. *shudders at the memories*

As for the picture (that you've probably seen in my Envision Realms gallery), that is my current avatar on Gaia Online, but I really wish I could look like that. ^__^

Feel free to e-mail me at: crimsonaya2285@gmail.com if you have any comments, suggestions, or just want to say "hi". I don't mind at all ^^.

Random tidbits about my writing that I've found out over the years looking over them...

* I have a fascination with twins. I don't know why, I just think twins are so cool. Maybe it's because it runs in my family (I have twin uncles and twin...er...rather triplet cousins...), I dunno.

* I like using OCs in my fanfiction. A lot.

* I have noticed that I'm really bad at making happy stories. The closest one to actually being "happy" (in my opinion, anyway) was the bonus chapter to "The Raven and the Wolf"....and that's not including the entire plot of that fanfic overall.

* I have a hard time writing comedy. I don't know...I just can't. "Welcome to the Masaki Family" is actually my first (and probably last) attempt. Much of it contains inside jokes with my friends that only we would get.

* A majority of my endings always end off with me killing off somebody. Most of the time, it's the person that one of my beta-readers love the most >.<
